Slat design is a great looking new product that achieves both privacy and security yet still provides a softer feeling as the small gaps between still allow light to pass through. So it's great for screening at the side or front of the house, unit buildings or commercial premises. Anywhere where screening is required yet don't want a total closed in feeling.
The Slat design can be manufactured either horizontally or vertically and even face welded in a picket look to achieve privacy from different angles. Architects and builders tend to like this one. The gaps between the slats can vary so can be reduced enough so it can be used around swimming pools and be compliant as per the standards. The slats are all manufactured in aluminium so can be powdercoated in the colour of your choice.

Our Products Win at the details
1. Our powder coating facility have totally 11 powder spray gun. Six guns are moving up and down both sides
of fence panel. Two fixed gun for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed gun for the top rail at
both sides. The last fun is always fixed at position of spear top.
2. We will do cross cut testing for the powder coating before delivery.
3. The QC of powder coating check the surface by light is need. So any flaw of powder coating will be not es
-caped from eye of QC.
4. Our QC check the powder coating thickness every position of the fence panel. The average thickness of coating is more than 100um.
5. The package is extremely important for the powder coated fencing. We use heavy-duty steel frame package to well protect the good products. It will be very easy to our customers unload the pallets by forklift.
