Our Products Win at the details
1. Our powder coating facility has totally of 11 powder spray guns. Six guns are moving up and down both sides
of fence panel. Two fixed gun for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed guns for the top rail at
both sides. The last fun is always fixed at the position of the spear top.
2. We will do cross-cut testing for the powder coating before delivery.
3. The QC of powder coating checks the surface by light is needed. So any flaw of powder coating will be not es
-caped from eye of QC. 
4. Our QC checks the powder coating thickness at every position of the fence panel. The average thickness of the coating is more than 100um.
5. The package is extremely important for powder-coated fencing. We use a heavy-duty steel frame package to well protect the good products. It will be very easy for our customers to unload the pallets by forklift.
